Yeast propagation | A webinar

Yeast used for fermentation of beer does not live forever, and must be replaced with fresh yeast from time to time. The cultivation of a fresh yeast culture is called propagation.

About our speaker:

Henning Sørensen is Alfa Laval’s Sales & Technology Manager in Yeast Management. He has over 15 years of experience in Brewery solutions, and 3 of which is dedicated to yeast management.
